Crystal Bowls Meditations

The vibrational sound envelope created by the Crystal Tone Singing Bowls®, Han Chi Gongs® and other instruments which we use evokes a stillness of mind where one can find clarity of thought and a state of personal well being. During our meditation sessions we employ attention focusing techniques which are well known in Pranayama Yoga to intensify and properly distribute Chi, or Prana, energy. It is when our Chi energy is properly distributed that it is said that our chakras are in balance and our bodies are at ease. It is not our intention to guide your meditation, but to guide you into your meditation.

Meditation sessions are available at your venue or ours. The instruments that we can use include crystal bowls, gongs, shakuhachi, xiao, native american flutes, didgeridoo, drum and koto. We are happy to tailor your session to best fit your intentions. For example, for Zen meditations we emphasize the sound vibrations of gong, shakuhachi and koto which give voice to the infinite subtleties and connections of the present moment.

We often travel to other locations to provide the sound backdrop for events. We play for yoga sessions, exercise and dance movement, devotional meetings and group meditations. We sometimes perform onstage and frequently at outdoor venues. Our performances may include a variety of instruments, beautiful sounds and music to suit the occasion. Though most of our performances do not need amplification, we can bring our own sound equipment. We also have tents ranging from 10' X 10' to 20' X 40'.
